- Document charts during patient visits at the Knoxville Shifa Clinic, a Medical Clinic in downtown Knoxville that provide free primary care for patients at the age of 16 and above. Responsibilities include writing the HPI, Physical Exams, Plan & Assessment on AthenaNet EMR
- Manage front desk responsibilities on non-scribe clinic days. Responsibilities include scheduling patients on walk-in basis, and scanning lab findings into patient charts on AthenaNet EMR
